At MAHNAAZ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

• We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• Exchanges are available for size issues or if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, MAHNAAZ will bear the exchange shipping cost.

• For size exchanges, customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

• As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are not available.
